Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person. The cost for this transfer is $15. Transfers are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your registration information.

What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund, minus a $75 administration fee, until June 01, 2016. After June 01, 2016, no refunds are permitted. However, you may tranfser your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event.

What is the cancellation policy?
Should the event need to be cancelled for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund (100%), excluding hotel, travel and any other individual costs outside of the ticket purchase.
